One Step Update won't complete

I noticed that a discussion was closed on this topic but I am having the same problem today. The update hangs forever and I must use task manager to close Quicken. I am able to go to my accounts and download qfx files then import them into Quicken but this does not work for some of my accounts that only have csv exports. I am using Quicken Premier Version: R50.15 Build:

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Does this occur with all accounts? When did this issue begin to appear? After updating to a later release? If so, which update? Do you receive any error codes or messages?
