Subcategory Toggle in Header of Reports [Edited]

When in a report, there should be a toggle in the header of the report to either Show All or Hide All subcategories rather than have to go to Customize Report —> Advanced.

The reports vary in how you control the display of subcategories. Income and Expense by Category and Current and average spending by Category have settings on the Advanced tab.
In the Itemized Categories report there is an "Update to show" dropdown that controls the display of subcategories. in Spending by Category there are Expand all and Collapse all buttons.
I suppose it would be nice if the reports were more consistent.
