Updating account User Name and Password
My bank accidentally deleted my online access. In correcting their mistake, they gave me a new User Name and Password. There doesn't appear to be any way to change/update these in the Quicken vault.

What is the connection method you have set up for your bank? I am guessing it is either Express Web Connect or Express Web Connect+ because neither of them will have UserNames and PWs that can be updated in PW Vault. You can quickly confirm what the connection method by looking at Account List. Or you can go to the Account Register and at the upper left look directed beneath the account name and it should say what the connect method is.
If you have EWC or EWC+ connection method set up, you will need to go to Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Edit Account Details > Online Services tab > Deactivate. If you have more than one account with your bank, you will need to Deactivate each one of them before proceeding.
Once you have deactivated all of the accounts with that bank: Do Add Account or on the Online Services tab of Account Details click on Set Up Now. During the account setup process, if presented with the option, make sure to Link the download(s) to the appropriate account(s) you already have set up in Quicken.
