Quicken current windows version
Can Quicken support clear all files under my long time user name on the Quicken server.
I am not able to add any accounts but I can under a new username and subscription.
Any account I try to add tells me the username or password is not recognized..

at the Quicken server.

You might try going to Edit > Preferences… > Quicken ID & Cloud Account, then clicking on "Sign in as a different user", signing back in with your User ID and Password. That sometimes fixes things associated with EWC/EWC+ downloads.
