I'm having a similar problem downloading Home Depot transactions. I had been downloading Home Depot transactions since 2007. Since late last year (2022) to early this year (2023) I've not able to download Home Depot transactions. When I go to the reset online services that account, I end up with "Opps. There's a connection problem. CC-502" In other words, I had been able to download transactions, but at some point, a Quicken update took that ability away. When will Quicken issue an update to fix this problem?

I'm sorry but the support article is absolutely not helpful.
I've been getting the same error, and for a subscription service that I have to keep paying for each year now, the list of problem accounts keeps growing and growing.

I have the same issue!! After months of my Lowes Commercial card not connecting, which finally got fixed after 3 + months, now my Home Depot Commercial card doesn't connect anymore. What in the world is happening??? .
