Paychex 401k file import

I am trying to import transaction data from my 401k at Paychex, but I keep getting an error that the OFX file cannot be read. Is there a fix for this?

I'm on Quicken for Mac (Deluxe version)

    It has been several years since I had a 401k at Paychex but when I did they did not support Quicken. You mentioned an OFX file but Quicken does not support OFX files which is why it could not be read.

    Do you have the option to manually download your account data from Paychex in a QFX (also sometimes called "Quicken" or "Web Connect") file from Paychex? QFX is what Quicken needs. I cannot tell you since I do not have any accounts at Paychex anymore and Paychex does not support downloads into QWin. Usually, QMac and QWin supported financial institutions are the same but sometimes a financial institution will support one or the other but not both.
