Possible to import an excel or csv file (not from bank)?

I'm trying to fill in transactions from 2021. My cc transaction download area only goes back 12 months. I'm able to download a yearly statement and use Adobe to get rid of the excess lines to make a file of only transactions. I thought I might be able to just import that instead of entering them one-by-one, but can't figure out how. Help?

Q can only import CSV files for security prices … BUT the ImportQIF can convert your CSV to something Q ccan use.
Use the searchbox at the top of the forum to find it.
