Quicken picks the wrong category every time

There are some stores where we shop regularly, for example our local supermarket. 99 times out of a hundred, the category for the transactions at the local supermarket is the same - Groceries. The outlier may be something like "Gifts given". When a new transaction comes in on the credit card, Quicken pre-fills the category as "Gifts given" (the outlier) instead of the typical (Groceries). It also pre-fills the Memo sometimes with some random memo from the past, which makes no sense and doesn't even correspond to the outlier Category that it picked. In the age of AI, I expect the software to be a tad more clever, but in the meantime, is there a way to manually set a default Catgory and/or Memo for transactions from a frequent repeat vendor?

Go to Tools > Memorized Payee List and set the desired Category there. Check the Lock box to prevent changes when you use the memorized payee.

If there are multiple entries for the Payee, you may want to delete the extras.
