Auto loan Transactions

I used to be able to download my Auto loan transactions from my credit union to my quicken for windows. Now that option is no longer available. WHY?? Put it back. It worked perfect for years and you decide to remove it. I have been a Quicken user for 20 years and I would hate to switch to something else.

It is the Financial Institution that decides which account types are downloadable, not Quicken. You need to complain to your Financial Institution.
