Duplicate, Old Transactions Downloading

Bank of America, Quicken Premier v 51.10, Windows 11 Home.

Quicken downloaded about half-dozen old Checkpay payments that were already Reconciled. Now I can't get rid of them as Quicken tells me to cancel the payment (long since paid) before changing.

How do I get rid of these after accepting?

Bill payments for Quicken have been brutally bad for about a year. I used to depend on this totally for payments. I am now finding late payments, et and can't rely on Quicken any longer!!! This program has DRAMATICALLY DECLINED in recent years although they seem to take my annual fee readily enough.

Not sure what's going on here but if this just happened today or yesterday then one approach would be to open a backup made just before this download with its duplicate entries. Then go to that the BofA Account and under the Online Services tab of the Account Details and make sure Automatic entry is OFF.

Then when you do your download again those duplicate entries will be in the Downloaded Transactions window below the register where, presumably, you can simply delete them.
