I have autopay and thus should have the latest version of Quicken (R51.10), so why isn't Morningstar XRay supported? OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Home; Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621

Which edition of Quicken (Starter, Deluxe, Premium, Home & Business) are you subscribed to? This is a feature that is available with Premier and Home & Business but not with Starter or Deluxe.

I just checked and it is available and working for me. Were you able to view and use this feature before and, if so, when did it stop?
