I tried to load quicken on Windows 11 pc with S mode

I tried to load quicken on Windows 11 pc with S mode and get the message that quicken is not in the App store and is an incompatible program

Just did a search and found this one,  You have to take Windows out of S mode.  See this post

Right.  You have to take Windows 11 out of S mode.  I don't know how you do that.
