How do I change the routing number in quicken bill manager?

When I goto the bill manager screen for the account the routing and account numbers are there but it will not let me edit it. It also does not have a deactivate button like some of the other instructions say to use. I need to change the routing number on multiple accounts because the bank has been bought. The routing number is changing but not the account numbers. Quicken Premier Build 27.1.51.10 Version R 51 10

    I don't think that you can change that. You need to create new bills with the correct info.
