I have Quicken for Mac and am switching from iMac (desktop) to MacBook Air (Laptop). I would like to run Quicken (Starter) on my laptop. Where do I start?

So you currently run Quicken Starter on your iMac, and want to move to your MacBook Air? Permanently? (Going back and forth is do-able, but more complicated.) You can move the program, or download a fresh copy by logging into your account on Quicken.com. And you need to move your Quicken data file. You do this by making a backup and moving the .quickenbackup file, or in the Finder, you can click on your data file and do File > Compress to create a .zip file. (Do not move the uncompressed .quicken file.)
