Does Quicken work in the United Arab Emirates?

I am currently living in the UAE and I was wondering if I could use Quicken here? Will I be able to connect to all of my local banks here? Or is it just meant to be used in the States?

There are two versions of Quicken, US and Canadian, they only connect to financial institutions (FI) in their respective country (Cdn does connect to some US FIs).

So, you could use Quicken in a completely manual way anywhere, but automated downloads are only available in the US and Canada.

If your FI supports manual CSV/QIF file downloads, you could use a program like ImportQIF (quicknperlwiz.com) to convert and import the information into Quicken for Windows (not possible with the Mac version), though it is not automatic and requires extra manual work on your part.
