Redownload Amex Transactions

I have a lot of Payee Names that have changed to "N/A". How can I re-download them from American Express? The categories remain, the names change. I manually entered them all once, which took forever, but they reverted back.

You can't redownload. Once downloaded into an account, Quicken remembers them and will not present the re-downloads for acceptance to prevent duplicates.

You could setup a temp account in your data file, download the transactions into it and then move them to the original account.

A second option would be to restore a backup of your data file and redo everything again since the backup was made.
