    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    Which connection method is is set up with? Direct Connect, Express Web Connect or Express Web Connect+?

    When you try to download, please provide a little description about what you see happening?

    Are you getting any error codes or error messages? If so, what are they?

    Are you able to download from other financial institutions?
