I just paid for this [Removed - Language] Quicken Subscription, am immediately confronted with this message and can't get into my file? Looks like a long-standing problem by the number of posts I see over years … But, I don't see an actual solution! I guess paying for a yearly subscription only gets you support during business hours when everyone else is working! 🙈

my apologies for my OP frustration. It took a lot of research to conclude I’d have the best experience just going with Quicken so when I was immediately confronted with this I was not a happy camper and expected better.
That said, first thing this morning I called Quicken Support who led me to uninstall Quicken. Go to the download folder I saved the software to earlier. Reinstalled as Administrator, without having it convert the file I was using with the old Quicken 2010.
I them shut my computer down, rebooted my router and started up my computer again. Launched my Quicken, logged in to the Quicken web, then converted my file, logged in to it and all was well.
Not sure why the initial install didn’t work, but their support was very competent and got me through it in about 20 minutes.
BTW, I’m a happy camper now! 😉
