After I download the new transactions into Quicken and then go to Reconcile Acct. nothing shows up to reconcile. How do I get them to show up to reconcile my account?

Another thing to check besides what is stated in the FAQ is if you are reconciling to the Online Balance, that Online Balance has a date associated with it. If it is in the past, you are reconciling to a date in the past, and therefore cleared transactions after that date will not show up in the reconcile window.

The only way I know to check that date is from the reconcile window. If you can't get it to come up, set one reconciled transaction to cleared. Once you have the reconcile window up select the Balances and you will get this dialog:
