Error after installing Quicken subscription

After installing Quicken subscription, I click the shortcut in Desktop and get an Error window. I called support and went through re-install after deleting all old .exe files, turned off VPN, restarted laptop, but still get this error. Can anybody help? Thanks.

    Thanks so much for your super helpful and detailed instructions. I was able to open Qkn and get it working.
