Issue Manually Updating Quote/Price

My current 401K is with Prudential, which we all know has many issued downloading in quicken. I have several (five) holdings which do not appear to have a ticker symbol. When I try to update the current price in the holding screen with the price per the Prudential site, all five of the holdings change to this price. However, they all have a different value. What am I doing wrong that has linked these holdings?

Quicken uses the ticker symbol to track security prices. If securities have the same symbol, their prices will be linked.

So for each security that is not publicly traded, go to the Security Detail page and edit the details if necessary to make sure its symbol is blank or something unique.

Also go to the Security List and make sure the Download Quotes box is un-checked for each of these securities.
