A backup is simply a snapshot in time copy of your data file, so no, you can't undo it.

You can restore an earlier backup, though.

Creating a backup of your active Quicken data file usually does not cause problems.

Also, can you confirm if this is about Quicken Windows? It ended up in a Quicken Mac category, but we can have a moderator move it if it belongs in Quicken Windows.
