help.quicken.com..... scam or legit?

Hi, New to all of this and was searching help and got directed to help.quicken.com, gave the guy access to my computer etc. is that site legit or did I just get scammed?

    I have never seen anyone mention help.quicken.com for Quicken help before, but I went to that URL and all the links are legitimate Quicken links.

    What actually directed you to that web page?

    Note that there are menu items for various Quicken webpages in the Help menu.

    The only web page you should trust for direct Quicken support is:

    https://www.quicken.com/support#windows

    But note this link goes to that page:

    Legitimate Quicken help can have their people set up where you share your screen view with them only with your permission, so they can see exactly what you are doing and can guide you better. But that screensharing software does not allow them to operate or control your computer.

    You are wise to ask the question. In this case I believe you are okay.
