HELP How do I stop 'Accept license agreement' Quicken 2005 (yep, really)

How do I stop the "Accept license agreement" from popping up each time I start Quicken?
Yes, I'm older than dirt and so is my computer running Win7. Had to do a factory reset and reinstall Quicken. I found out how to stop the prompts to update, but not this. Task Manager shows it connected qw.exe *32. Found three files with 32 and inactivated each in turn to test if one was cause. Nope.
Would appreciate help. Hoping this computer outlives me and that I don't have to start over with anything new!

That works for registration but does nothing for the software license agreement. At least I've turned off the sound so that I'm not doubly annoyed at the endless demand that I agree before proceeding!

Splasher, good news! I did a search in program files for "lic" and found two copies of license.htm. I altered the name of both files and WOO-HOO!!! No more license agreement window! Old dogs may not be good at learning new tricks, but sometimes can get by with what they remember of old ones!
Thanks for taking time to respond.
