transactions are mixed in my accounts

I have 3 checking accounts from one back and after a download they are either repeated in each of the accounts or all put in one account. Additionally, the transactions in my 2 American Express accounts are always placed in the wrong account. I have deleted all my memorized transactions as I thought that might be causing it but it hasn't fixed the problem.

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

    Regarding the American Expess accounts, it sounds like when the online banking connection was established, the incorrect account was selected for linking. De-activated and re-activate making sure that the correct account is selected.
