How to delete Quicken credentials without using Quicken

I don't have Quicken. Have Quicken credentials to use for direct download to gnucash on Windows at my bank which awarded them. I want to erase them. My bank does not seem to be able to do that. How could it be done?

You need to ask the folks at gnucash since they are the ones that got you into this situation.
