Do I get a credit for the 2019 fee if it renews next February?

    NO. You've had the use of 2109 for 4 years … why should there be a credit for that?

    I don't understand the question. When 2019 or 2023 renews next February? Have you been renewing 2019? Then you might already be on the current subscription.

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
