How do you handle Johnson & Johnson spinoff to Kenvue ??

Spinoff details were for each J&J shares Tendered you received 8 shares of kenvue ?

    A not-so-pedantic correction. This was a split off, not a spin off and requires an entirely different process than a spin off. Quicken has no "split-off" wizard so the correct entries will need to be done manually, as explained in the above-referenced post.

    I'm probably wrong but this appears as a transfer of shares from one company to another. I did not see in my account from Pershing any money recorded from "sale" of J&J other than the sale of fractional shares in Kenvue which was only a few dollars. Can we record this as a remove/add shares scenario
