Download from Star One CU not working: java.lang.NullPointerException

Downloads have failed for a couple of weeks. When I try to download, the QFX file contains the following. Star One CU support has not responded with anything useful.

Has anyone else run into this? What have you learned about the problem and expected resolution?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Star One Credit Union? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you receiving any in-app error messages when attempting to download transactions? When did you first notice this issue? After a recent update? If so, which update?

    Similar issue, using Direct Connect. Getting the message, "We were unable to connect. Message from Star One Credit Union - New: Caught Exception in invoke() java.lang.NullPointerException (2000)". Any ideas? Star One has not responded regarding this issue unfortuntately.
