download bank info

I had a recent update to my windows quicken and since then i have not been able to download my PNC bank info. I removed my PNC connection and tried to reload it and getting a UI error when i try to connect to PNC. Calling PNC and they have no problem.

all my other bank accounts connect with no problems.

Any suggestions?

I had this problem also but when I disable my F-secure browser extension the issue was resolved.
