Downloaded bank transaction dated into the future
I have a transaction dated 9/6/2023 (today is 9/3/2023) that I of course cannot locate in my account online. How is this happening?
I am running Quicken Premier R51.12, build 27.1.51.12 on Windows 10 Home 22H2, build 19045.3324.
My last download is 8/30, by the way.

That looks like an ATM cash withdrawal. Is that the case?
What's the name of the bank and what downloading method is used? (Gearwheel in upper right corner > Edit account details > Online Services tab.)
There certainly have been reports of "pending" credit card transactions - transactions that will be posted to your credit card in a day or two - being downloaded but I can't imagine a bank knowing you're going to make a withdrawal in the future. You're picture shows the transaction as being Matched in the Register, so what's that entry look like in the Register?

It was matching the wrong transaction. It claimed to be for Apple Music.

Also, this transaction still never appeared in my bank transactions. I just did a search for the amount and the last charge was from 8/28.
