Check numbers and transaction types on Mobile are not syncing to Quicken Windows.

When going through new transactions on Q Mobile, I add categories and a transaction type in the "Check #" column, such as ATM or DEP and making sure I save it , of course. However when syncing to the desktop, the items in the Check # column do not show up on the desktop, so I have to re-enter the transaction type again. This is an annoying time waster and I wonder if anyone has found this problem and if there's a fix for it. Any help is appreciated.
