Is it possible to restore a QDF windows desktop file from the web app? Just trying to reduce QDF files laying around in the wild. If I could restore from the web app I could just use that. If you don't have it, A great feature to have would it be.
Sorry, but no can do. The data in the QWeb is but a small subset of a QDF, and isn't sufficient for rebuilding a QDF.
BUT you only need 1 QDF file (per user), so why do you have many? Perhaps are they actually QDF-Backup files … which should be on an external device, such as a USB drive and not your primary drive. If your backup files are on the same drive as your QDF file, and that drive fails, then your SOL

Thanks for the update. I do back up the files in multiple ways right now. I was hoping to cull that back a bit by using webapp as an alternate line of defense.
