    I just purchased Quicken as a replacement for Mint. Looks like I chose poorly. I have the same issue, Quicken will only show the "Opening Balance" and not display any of the transactions. Does anyone know of budgeting that actually works with PayPal Credit Card?

    My Paypal Mastercard has been working for a few days now. Appears to be rectified on my end anyway.

    Add me to the list. I added my PayPal MasterCard about 1 month ago not realizing it was a Quicken issue with it. It downloaded the first time but never again. No errors, it just doesn't update transactions but the online balance gets updated.

    I've been getting this every time I try to connect to my Paypal Extras Mastercard account. It has been ongoing for more than a month.
