Change "Food and Dining | Groceries" to "Groceries."

If I enter a grocery store as a payee, Quicken puts in the category "Food and Dining | Groceries. But I would like Groceries to be a main category, not a sub-category of something else. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks.

    Starting with this:

Then create a new top-level Category called "Groceries."

Do Edit > Find/Replace… and fill it out appropriately to select the Category you want to change:

Select all the transactions the Find and Replace finds, and at the bottom of the screen tell Find and Replace what to do with those transactions:

Click done and all selected transactions will be changed:

It might be easier to edit the Groceries sub category and change it to an expense instead of a sub category.
