Unable to "Sell - Shares Sold"

I have a brokerage account with holdings in (2) securities. I entered a "Sell" transaction for security #1, no problems. When I attempt to sell 100 shares of security #2, I get message "Maximum available shares on this security is 0". When I display the Portfolio view (CTL + U), it shows 100 shares in the brokerage account and all the lots for this security so it seems the shares are there but unable to sell them in the brokerage account's register.

How do I fix this problem ?

Thanks,
zkaps

For some reason, Q thinks that it's a different security … look into that.

Prior to posting this question, this is exactly what I had checked. What's confusing is that one part of Quicken (the Portfolio view) sees all 100 shares and respective lots but another part of Quicken (the Sell transaction in the account's register) sees 0 shares. I will look again but I am not optimistic this is the problem. Any other suggestions are appreciated.

Look at the Security List Detail - for all the info ….
