Amex Banking Transactions not downloading into Quicken

I am running Win 10 and using Quicken Premier . Over the past few days transactions I have in my savings accounts are not downloading . I have tried one step update and also downloading direct from AMEX site on the transaction missing , received the error " Quicken is unable to complete your request OL-221 " .

I did see a few others posted have had similar issues . Has anyone received a response ?

    I don't think they care as long as they get our renewal fee. They will try to blame it on all the banks or your computer. Mine is doing the same thing. I am about ready to uninstall their software and ask for my money back.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and report an Online Banking issue. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
