Energy Capital Credit Union: CC-501

ECCU just recently updated their security policies and everyone had to create new and longer usernames and passwords. They also completely revamped their web page layout/system.
I have been using Quicken and connecting to ECCU for years with no problems. It is only after they made these changes that I have now been getting CC-501 every time I try to connect/download.
I have deactivated the online setup and tried to set it up with the new username/password. That also gives the CC-501.
The CC-501 error states: Do not contact Energy Capital CU for assistance. They cannot fix this problem. Please try again in a few hours.
I have tried three days in a row. Same CC-501 error.
So here I am posting to Quicken about the problem.

As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.
