missing stocks

Quicken Version - R52.2 Build - 27.152.20 Windows 11 Home

3 stocks which have been in my trust account since June are no longer there. They were there 2 days ago. Even the dividend paid by one of the stocks on 9/1/23 is missing and was there 2 days ago.

I have another problem with 4 new corporate bonds not recording, but let's fix the 3 missing stocks first.

    When you say the stocks are no longer there, what exactly is happening?

    Are there any transactions in the account that would have sold or removed them?

    If you go to the account and click on Holdings, do you see them?

    If they are gone now and you set the As of date back a few days, are the stocks there?
