How do I correct a closed loan account?

Using Windows 10 with Quicken version R52.20

I paid off a car loan from our bank. The bank closed the account before I could do an update so Quicken says we still owe a final payment. I have not been able to find a way to correct the account page and close the account.

Your loan was connected for downloads from the bank?

Perhaps the easiest and fastest way would be to go to Account page > upper right Gear icon > Edit account details > Display Options tab > Close Account > Yes.  During the account closing process Quicken zero out the loan balance.  The account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened.  This would be the easiest and fastest way to close out the account.
