Memorized Payee list is blank

I'm a longtime Quicken for Windows user (20+ years). I know I have memorized Payees as I can select them when I am entering transactions but I would like to edit and remove some of the list and select memorized payees list it is blank. Any help I have tried everything the manual update, validate and repair, restart…..

    That's very odd and I have no idea why you're seeing what you're seeing, beyond the obvious (and not too helpful) thought of "file corruption of some sort." You didn't mention "making a copy of my file and then validating that copy" so that would be the next thing to try, if you haven't already. The Copy process itself sometimes can address and fix corruption issues, or report that the file can't be copied, which confirms that fact that the file is corrupted. The Copy process disconnects all Quicken Accounts from downloading so those links will need to be re-established.

    Make sure that in the MPL view, when you click the Options button, "View locked items only" is not checked.
