Receiving OL-360-A error code Regions Bank
Message states Bank did not recognize payee, thus rejected. Payee is Ins company that have made hundreds of payments in past. ????????

As an update, I finally talked with online bill pay-Quicken support at Regions late on 9/25/2023. She advised they had several other reports and would open a ticket. The ticket should be cleared by 9/26/2023. I just tried it and the bill processed properly.
