Has anyone been able to setup a online account for Citi/Home Depot?

I was told by otherwise uinknowledgeble Citi helpdesk rep that asked "What is Quicken?" and that this service is not allowed. I CAN download other Citi accounts just fine. Note, I did try Citibank, Citibank Retail Services, and Home Depot Consumer Card….

Please clarify:

• Are you looking to set up an online account for your Citi Home Depot credit card?
• Or are you looking to set up online services for your Citi Home Depot card in Quicken? If so, what is the logon URL for your online account for that credit card?

Also, are you able to view this credit card after logging it at Citi.com? If not, have you tried to link the Home Depot card there? (Some co-branded retail Cit cards can be linked there but some cannot.)
