You cannot use OSU to do what you seek to do since we have no control over what time periods get downloaded via OSU. The financial institutions determine that and there is nothing we can do to influence them on that.

What you might be able to do:

1 - Log into your online accounts and check to see if they support the Web Connect method….i.e., downloading in QFX (or "Quicken" or "Web Connect") format. This is call the Web Connect method. If they do, you might be able to select the specific time period or at least be able to select the appropriate statement(s).

Then download or export in that format and open that downloaded file with Quicken. Quicken should then prompt you to decide what to do with that imported data….make sure you select the account you already have set up in Quicken.

If after doing this your account balance is incorrect, look for duplicate transactions deleting one of each duplicate. Also look for a new Opening Balance transaction that has a more recent date than the original Opening Balance trasaction and delete that.

2 - Not all financial institutions support Web Connect. If they support downloading in Excel, CSV, QIF or OFX format, you could try downloading in that format and saving it to your hard drive.

Then download and install a conversion program (freeware) called ImportQIF. This program might be able to convert the file you saved into a QIF formatted file that can then be imported into Quicken. You can read up on this program and download it via this link: https://www.quicknperlwiz.com/ . The guy who designed it and runs that site is a long-time Quicken user who is still active in this forum and many have said that it works pretty well.

3 - You can manually enter the missing transactions.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

BTW - it is totally up to each financial institution how much data they make avail for Quicken One Step Update download (90 days) or the manual time period download (2 years) -

AMX - which specific name did you use for your Quicken account - there are about a dozen AMX entries

Chase - here is the entry - and they do support the manual Web Connect for downloading a QFX format file

    10898 10898 10898 Chase https://www.chase.com/ 1-877-242-7372
