I don't have a solution as to why you couldn't post your question since you were evidently able to post this one, I'll make sure that one of the moderators looks at it. But a comment about your post in general.

Please, please, please put some "returns" in your posts. Big blocks of words as in your image are extremely hard to read and some folks just won't read them because of that difficulty and they just might be the person with the answer that you are seeking.

Returns create white space and enhance readability.
