Why does Well Fargo Logo show on top of the Quicken logo

I noticed recently that the Well Fargo Logo is on top of the Quicken logo when the application is coming up. Its the Quicken only logo on my desktop but on the double click to start the app then the WF is plastered over/on Quicken

Worked like a charm. Thanks for info, I saw no reason for a third party to have their logo on top of Quicken.
