I KEEP GETTING AN UPDSATE ERROR SO I CANNOT UPDATE TO THE NEWEST VERSION

    More details on this "UPDSATE ERROR" (sic) would be extremely helpful.
    And please do confirm that you are using Quicken for the Mac.

    Quit Quicken and drag the Quicken.app application from your Applications folder to the Trash. (Don't empty the Trash, in case you want to reverse this action.) Log into your account on quicken.com, download Quicken Mac and install it. Double-click your data file to launch Quicken. The download might still be an older version than the current 7.3.1, so it may prompt you to update again.
