Unable to Add Fidelity or Chase to My Online Access, Part II

This issue still has not been addressed at Quicken v. R52.28 build 27.1.52.28.

Problem as follows:

  • Tools → Add Account → Fidelity Investments
  • After input of credentials a window pops up with" Looking for your accounts at Fidelity Investments"
  • Nothing else happens, forever
  • To get control back: CTRL-ALT-DEL

All my other accounts have no problems: Schwab, Ally Bank, Commerce Bank

When is this issue going to be addressed?

    Same problem here. I can add Fidelity if I move my Quicken file to my laptop at home but not to this desk in the office. Haven't tried seeing what happens if I move the file back to the desktop yet.
