This issue still has not been addressed at Quicken v. R52.28 build 27.1.52.28.
Problem as follows:
- Tools → Add Account → Fidelity Investments
- After input of credentials a window pops up with" Looking for your accounts at Fidelity Investments"
- Nothing else happens, forever
- To get control back: CTRL-ALT-DEL
All my other accounts have no problems: Schwab, Ally Bank, Commerce Bank
When is this issue going to be addressed?
