Duplicate account

I have Quicken Deluxe. My account list shows a duplicate account. If I remove one will it delete both?

    No it will not delete both. But like with any other significant change you make to your data fiile make sure to back it up before proceeding. Then if you find the results were not what was expected or desired you can simply restore the backup file and everything will be as it was before you deleted that account.
