Why won't Quicken work with Loan Depot?

Hi,

My Loan Depot online account switched over to (https://servicing.loandepot.com)

However, Quicken is still trying to connect to (https://loandepot.loandadministration.com)

Will Quicken fix this issue so I can update my mortgage?

    - Quicken is just a service business -
    and it is up to each financial institution to provide or update Quicken with their correct connection info -

    As @Ps56k2 says, it's up to the financial institution to notify Quicken (actually Intuit, who handles connectivity) about any changes. We end users have no idea if they did, and if so, when they did. You can either wait and hope this change is making its way through he channels to get updated, or you can call Quicken Support (weekdays) and try to get them to verify this and escalate it. Quicken would need to create a service ticket with Intuit, and they would need to resolve it with the financial institution.
